On October 1, 2016 WRMT introduced a licensing revenue model, where WRMT provides its Life Sensing Technology, branding and device designs to approved manufacturers who take orders directly from approved distributors and pay WRMT a fee per Helo shipped.
Under the current agreement, the preferred Helo manufacturer pays WRMT a once-off, non-refundable fee of four dollars ($4.00) per Helo Classic and five dollars ($5.00) per Helo LX shipped from its manufacturing facility. For more details, please click here to review our 2015/6 Annual Reports.
